On the day/time of arrival of your waste collection, the waste should be no further than 15 meters from the parking space allocated.

 If there is a further distance to travel to collect the waste then there will be an additional charge of £20 per 15 mins of loading the waste.

Payments/Invoices must be paid before the clearance or paid in full once the vehicle is loaded.

You will be provided with a duty of care receipt.

Items that will incur additional charges of £30 are as follows; Mattresses, Fridges 

You must provide a safe and clear access to the waste being removed. Failure to do so may be subject to additional charges or an aborted job.

Aborted visits will be charged at £100 and must be paid in full within 24 hours of the aborted job.

What can't be disposed of: 

Food waste, Car tires, Asbestos, Drug paraphernalia, Gas Bottles, Liquid chemicals or solvents, Oils or petrol, Clinical waste, Full paint cans, Fire extinguishers
